Summary: Perfect boutique hotel, with amazing staff. the localisation is amazing, no needs to pay for a boat tour. You’re at 20 min far away from turtle beach. You also have chance to see turtle in the morning! Thats a very nice localisation.

Summary: Nice hotel with friendly, attentive, professional staff. We had spectacular views and turtles swimming around the decking during breakfast which made our experience at this hotel that bit more special. Thank you for the warm welcome, hospitality and lovely breakfast!

Summary: Terrific property right on the river with incredible views of the tombs. Our room was clean and spacious with a lovely balcony. The Turkish breakfast was delightful overlooking the river and tombs. Walking distance to the shops, restaurants, and the row boat to the other side of the river and Kaunos. Highly recommend.

Summary: Stayed at ARP, for the first time, only stayed one night, but it was amazing, perfect location, staff really friendly, breakfast really good. Would definitely stay again, for longer next time. Highly recommended, Thanks ARP.

Summary: Arp Dalyan has a dock on the river with a view to die for. As you eat your Turkish breakfast, you can gaze upon the rock tombs and see a flotilla of tour boats, cruising along the river towards the amazing turtle Beach. The tour boats can pick you up and drop you off right at the dock. The hotel is family owned and family run so you get great service.

Summary: Super welcoming. Comfortable and quiet, and only 5 - 10 mins away from the main square. The breakfast was superb (by the river). Thank you to the staff. We would definitely stay again!
